Chamomile is an ode to intentional energy we expend daily. Each morning when we rise, we are granted the blessing of finite energy. In its limited nature, we trade this currency for experiences and actions that lead to a state of exhaust by the end of the day. Yet in those moments of needed rest, how often do we pause to reflect? To look back at where our energy was spent, and if it ever returned to us, stronger than it went?
